Teramine Forms includes a Phone Number input component which allows you to request a phone number from the users of your forms. It can be added with one click to your form and adjusted to your specific requirements, including requiring the phone number from specific countries.

This video shows how you can use the Phone Number component to request a phone number from the users of your form. We also show how you can restrict the phone numbers to specific countries. Especially important if your business is a regional business serving one or two countries.

• Browse to the forms page by clicking on Forms in the navigation header.
• Create a new form by clicking the big Create New Form button.
• Add the Phone Number component from the menu on the left.
• To restrict the user from entering a phone number from a specific country, turn on the Restrict to one or more countries.
• A drop-down appears for you to specify the countries you want to restrict to.
• Choose a country from the drop-down. To search for a country in the rather large list of countries, begin typing the country name and suggestions should appear. Click on an appropriate one and it will be added to the list.
• Save the settings, change the name of the form and click Save to save the form, then Publish to publish the form.
• Use the form and verify that only the countries you chose appear in the list. Enter a valid phone number and click the Next button. Note that only valid phone numbers for the country you select can be entered. Otherwise, the Next button remains disabled.
• Once the form is completed, you can check the form data by navigating to the Submissions tab at the top of the form builder window.

The Phone Number component allows you to require your form users to enter a phone number. The user picks a country from the drop-down and enters a phone number valid in that country. Validation is performed to ensure the phone number format is suitable for the selected country.
